In 2022 , this began with the determination of the target processes and a comprehensive requirements analysis. The following points were particularly challenging during coordination and implementation:

• In addition to the technical implementation and the numerous tests of functions and workflows, data was regularly migrated, validated and cleansed from the system to be replaced.
• In addition, various system connections had to be realised
  • for the import of organisational units, for example
  • the supply of student and employee data to the UKJ campus management system
  • or the realisation of the complex interfaces to the IDM & Thoska system
• In some cases, no solutions were provided in the target system for the replacement of individual analogue processes. For this reason, these were digitised using additional workarounds.
• The bilingual creation of the various print products, such as written confirmation|certificates, cover letters and reports, also proved to be time-consuming.

Parallel to the direct work for Friedolin 2.0, the connection to the document management system d3 was realised. This means that the technical requirements for the introduction of the electronic student file have now been met.
