Description
The Server and Client Management department of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena's University Computer Centre offers its employees a wide range of IT services in addition to the comprehensive administration and support of PC workstations.
These range from advisory services(s)|consultations to the procurement of suitable devices, hardware and software to the configuration and provision of these. They also include the operation of specialised IT applications and the underlying server services. The IT service for managed PC workstations supports the management and support of end devices and applications based on Microsoft Windows and Apple over the entire life cycle of the operational business.
Our service quality focusses equally on the protection of data and information as well as trouble-free operation.
