Location: Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany

You want to...
...explore how unconscious bias and stereotypes shape everyday life in higher education?
...develop intercultural competencies and practical strategies for more inclusive learning environments?
...collaborate on interactive projects and exchange ideas with peers from EC2U universities across Europe?

The three-day Summer School focuses on key issues related to unconscious stereotypes, structural barriers, and inclusive access to education within the higher education context. Through practice-oriented formats such as reflection exercises, case studies, and interactive projects, participants engage with the dynamics of interculturality, belonging, and equal opportunities, discussing them from diverse European perspectives.

The event is part of FECT (Foster European Competences and Talents), the national accompanying program of the EC2U Alliance.

  • Anti-bias training for students, faculty, and university staff
