Discover how administrative excellence is practiced at JKU Linz! During the Job Shadowing Week, administrative staff from EC2U partner universities are invited to explore workflows, exchange best practices, and connect with colleagues across Europe.?
Join your collegues in Linz for three days of learning, networking, discovering the city and the JKU campus. There is a participation fee of �75 to cover organisational and catering costs (including 3 lunches, 1 dinner, city tour, crash course in German).

Once you have received approval for funding and the training, you can focus on the practical organization of your stay abroad. This includes booking the trip and accomadation.?

Before applying, please discuss your intention with your supervisor. Provided the approval, you should submit the application for a grant to the 欧洲杯投注地址_明升体育-竞彩足球比分推荐 Office. At the same time, please also submit the?Professional Traning Request?de?de (“Fortbildungsantrag”) to the Division 5 (Human Resources) or to your Dean’s Office, accordingly. Applications for funding are submitted to the 欧洲杯投注地址_明升体育-竞彩足球比分推荐 Office. This is ERASMUS+ funding. Your costs are reimbursed in accordance with the lump sums granted by the DAADExternal link .?Any costs exceeding this amount must be covered by the participants themselves.
