The “HISinOne” staff unit comprises colleagues responsible for the transition from the old campus management system “HIS GX” to the new “HISinOne.” While project management falls under the “Digital University” division, some sub-project management and technical coordination tasks are handled by Division 1 – Student Affairs. Within the division, there are a number of interfaces, particularly with the “Student Campus Management” unit. Beyond the division, there is close collaboration with, among others, the University Computer Center, the “Office for Digital Transformation”, and the faculties.

The “Student Recruitment” unit is responsible for coordinating the university-wide strategy and initiatives aimed at recruiting new students. In addition to coordination itself, this includes tasks related to content editing, monitoring, and collaboration with high schools. Within the department, the unit works closely with the student support units and, in particular, with the Central Student Advisory Service.
